We ship worldwide.
All orders within Canada are shipped using Canada Post Regular Post (3-7 business days). All orders within the USA are shipped via USPS with tracking (7 - 14 business days). All International orders are shipped using Air Mail (14 - 30 business days).
For any international orders, please note that you are responsible for the duties and taxes should they arise.
Local Pick Up
If you live in the Vancouver area, we offer free local pick up. Upon placing your order, please select the local pick-up option. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up.
Return, Exchange & Repair Policy
We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
With the exception of receiving the damaged order, refunds will be issued. In some circumstances, a store credit may be issued. Custom made orders and all sale items are final. No refund or exchange.
Genuine leather will not stay the same. We understand everyone takes care of their bags differently. We ask that you minimize contact with water with your leather goods, as it would stain certain leather, especially vegetable-tanned leather.
Repair is available upon request in the first year of use. Customers are responsible for paying the postage or delivery for the repair. If it's a manufacture defeat, repair is free of charge within the first month of purchase. Repair for goods purchased after 1 year will be charged according to the amount of work needed.
